Bailey is an actor, singer, and dancer based in New York City, but a proud native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She attended high school at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts in the heart of the New Orleans French Quarter with a concentration in Musical Theatre. She has performed professionally in Baton Rouge and New Orleans. She trained in the prestigious Musical Theatre program at The Boston Conservatory of Music, Dance, and Theater.
Bailey toured with the National Tour of "Bring It On" as Skylar, directed by Tony Award winning director/choreographer Andy Blankenbuehler. She also toured with the North American Tour of the smash hit "Mamma Mia" as Tanya, directed by it's Broadway creative team. She was the youngest actress to ever play the role of Tanya. She's performed with Norwegian Cruise Lines in "Legally Blonde" and "Wine Lovers," understudied (and performed) both Donna and Tanya in Westchester Broadway Theatre's "Mamma Mia," and is a regular performer with Happy Hour Entertainment in their productions of "Wine Lovers" and "Prohibition, The Musical." She starred as the title role, Evangeline, in the original musical "Evangeline, The Musical" by Louisiana natives Paul Taranto and Jamie Wax. "Evangeline," based on Longfellow's poem of the same title, tells the story of the Acadian expulsion from Nova Scotia, a story close to her heart as she is of Acadian/Cajun descent. Some other favorite roles include Elle Woods in "Legally Blonde" and Mayzie in "Seussical."
Bailey is also a registered yoga instructor, loves interior decorating, boxing, and spending time with her family.
